Dan Laureano
Dan Laureano is a certified professional coach and the founder of Alive & Direct, a Bay Area wellness practice that offers Life Support, in the form of Life & Communication Coaching, Transformation Partnership and related media. He hails from New York City but has felt at home on both U.S. coasts for the last ten years.
Dan hosts “Alive & Direct Presents,” a bi-weekly show on Blog Talk Radio that features interviews with inspiring and inspired members of the global community. Dan covers the “amazing” in the “everyday” and the “everyday” in the “amazing” as Examiner.com’s SF Everday People Examiner. Dan is an active member of the Ecstatic Dance community in the Bay Area, dancing at least once per week in Oakland. He is also active in The ManKind Project, a global community of men that conducts challenging and highly rewarding trainings for men at every stage of life. In these communities, Dan does his own inner work and supports the healing and transformation, fun and expression of others.
When he is not immersed in transformation, Dan also enjoys his time making ends meet, exploring the Bay Area, traveling, keeping fit, teaching himself about nutrition, finding free fun in Oakland and San Francisco, training in martial arts, practicing yoga and riding his bike around town.
